What kinds of foods are your dehydrators suitable for?
Our dehydrators are suitable for a variety of ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, meats, and herbs. They dehydrate ingredients evenly and efficiently, making them an ideal choice for commercial and industrial production, as well as for home use.
How to choose the right model?
Choose a 6–144 layer model based on your production needs. 6–8 layers are suitable for home use, 8–20 layers for small-batch commercial use, and 20–144 layers for high-volume industrial use. Need advice? Contact us and we’ll help you find the most suitable model.
Is the equipment durable?
Made entirely of stainless steel (SUS304 for food contact and SUS201 for exterior), designed for long-term continuous operation, simple to operate, easy to clean, durable and reliable.
Procurement and Customization
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ starts from 5 units. Bulk purchases are supported, and preferential prices are available for large orders.
Can you customize the brand or packaging?
We support OEM/ODM, including logo, packaging, and colors. Build your own brand and enhance your market competitiveness.
What are the requirements and costs associated with OEM customization?
OEM Customization Fees
110V Sample (≤10 units, 24 layers or less): 30 RMB/piece per unit (requires replacement of heating element, motor, etc.)
220V Sample (All models): No additional fee. Neutral European and British plug types are readily available in stock.
Small Batch Customization (All models ≤10 units): Factory can provide customized power stickers, decals, black and white instruction manuals; trademarks are to be sent by the customer.
Large Batch Customization (All models ≥500 units): Factory can provide customized power stickers, decals, color instruction manuals, color boxes, and trademarks.
Silk Screen Printing Plate Fee (Mold Fee): 700 RMB/set
Silk Screen Printing Fee: 7 RMB/piece MOQ: 50 pieces (mixed models allowed)
Laser Printing Fee: 7 RMB/piece MOQ: 50 pieces (mixed models allowed)
Accessories: Instructions, power stickers, decals, and cartons can all be customized (black and white only; color models require MOQ: 500 pieces).
What payment methods are available?
Commonly used international payment methods include: wire transfer (T/T), letter of credit (L/C), PayPal, etc.
Logistics and Delivery
Can it be shipped overseas?
We support global shipping. We are familiar with sea, air, and express shipping processes and can assist with export documentation and customs clearance.
How long is the delivery cycle?
In-stock items ship in 3–9 days; customized models ship in 20–40 days. A detailed delivery schedule will be provided after you place your order.
How are shipping costs and customs duties handled?
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, while customs duties are determined by the buyer’s country’s policies. We can offer advice to help you reduce costs.
Regarding the quotation and taxes
EXW quotes are ex-works prices based on standard parts, excluding tax and shipping.
Invoicing fees are as follows: General Invoice +1% (total amount over three months cannot exceed 300,000 RMB); Special Invoice +10% (unlimited amount).
After-sales service and support
Product warranty and technical support?
The machine comes with a 5-year warranty, and parts will be replaced free of charge for non-human-caused damage. Installation guidance, operation training, and video tutorials are provided to ensure smooth production.
What should I do if I receive a product with quality issues?
Contact us and we will respond quickly, providing remote guidance or replacing parts to minimize your losses.
